Fusion troubleshooting tips: If the remote controls the TV, but not the cable box, the remote needs to be resynced to the cable box. (The following steps will not work if the batteries are low. If the remote has low batteries, the off/on light will flash between 2 and 7 times every time a button is pressed.)

1. Point the remote at the Media Player and press and hold the UP and SETUP keys until the remote Power button blinks rapidly.
2. After a few seconds, you should see two slow remote power button blinks, indicating that the remote has successfully paired.
