Application Analyst

Responsible to manage the OSS/BSS, customer communication system including Messenger and contact center systems. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the systems to identify process improvement opportunities within the organization and develop solutions through effective project management techniques.

Responsibilities include coordinating system upgrades/releases, maintaining an understanding of system integration/architecture, serving as an escalation point for subject matter experts and working with business process owners to use the system as effectively as possible.
