GVTC has a full time opening for a Specialist Customer Care in our Boerne Store. This position will be part of our fast paced and innovative Customer Care Department. GVTC is the largest telephone cooperative in Texas and our headquarters are located in the scenic hill country area of Smithson Valley.

GVTC seeks a Specialist Customer Care to provide a Superior customer experience through all channels of customer interaction from inbound and outbound calls, multimedia and face-to-face interaction.
