The GVTC Foundation

Since 1951, GVTC has been a vital partner to the community. Because of our local heritage, we also maintain a strong bond with the surrounding areas. Most of our employees live, work, and raise families alongside many of the people we serve. This connection is the motivation behind our ongoing community outreach. It's this feeling that led to the establishment of The GVTC Foundation in 2006.

The mission of the GVTC Foundation is to profoundly enhance the quality of life in the communities we serve, through charitable contributions and volunteer service in support of non-profit organizations that fall within our program goals including Health & Human Services, Education, Youth programs & Services, Volunteer Emergency Services, Cultural, and National Public Charity.

As a 501(C)3 non-profit organization, The GVTC Foundation also gives back to the community through participation with hands-on projects,  "adoption" of less fortunate families during the holiday season, support of our local volunteer fire departments, scholarships for continuing education, and other various events.
