GVTC Friends & Family Referral program is limited to active GVTC customers with accounts in good credit standing. Customer accounts disconnected for non-payment or customers with a past due balance are not eligible to participate in the program. Requires the purchase of at least one new qualified service (cable television, phone, broadband or security) made during the initial contact by a GVTC representative where the GVTC representative made the contact based upon a completed GVTC Friends & Family Program coupon. The $25 one-time credit is paid per sale, not payable for each product or bundled item. Only one coupon paid per household, per sale. Limit of one $25 credit per sale, per purchaser and referral household, during a six month period. Active GVTC customers may refer unlimited friends and receive a $25 credit per household for each successful referral that results in the sale of a qualified product/service. The $25 one-time credits will appear on customer bills within 120 days of sold service activation. New customer must retain service for at least 90 days. This program has no cash value and may be credited only against the purchase of future services. Coupon must be presented at time of order to participate in program. GVTC employees are not eligible to participate in this program.
