Customer Care Specialist
GVTC has a full time opening for a Customer Care Specialist. This position will be part of our fast paced and innovative Accounts Receivable department. GVTC is the largest telephone cooperative in Texas and our headquarters are located in the scenic hill country area of Smithson Valley.

GVTC seeks a Customer Care Specialist to provide a superior customer experience through all channels of customer interaction from inbound and outbound calls, multimedia and face-to-face interactions.
