Carrier Services Coordinator

JOB TITLE: Carrier Services Coordinator

GVTC has a full time opening for a Carrier Services Coordinator.  This position will be part of our fast paced and innovative Regulatory department.  GVTC is the largest telephone cooperative in Texas and our headquarters are located in the scenic hill country area of Smithson Valley.

GVTC seeks a Carrier Services Coordinator to ensure carrier customers are billed timely and accurately pursuant to filed tariffs and/or contracts in addition to processing all Access Service Requests (ASR)  for both GVTC and GVCS. Additionally, the position is responsible for activities involving quality assurance within the billing system and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
