Voting participation prize winners will be notified how to claim their prizes via email or phone.

According to the GVTC Bylaws, only active GVTC members can vote with only one vote per household.

Voting begins May 27 and ends June 23, 2026.

Votes can be submitted either online or by mail. Each member will receive unique ballot login information by mail and email, if we have a current email address on record. This information will be sent from Survey & Ballot Systems, a third party certified vendor. Please note, you may only vote once EITHER online OR by mail.

This was a by-law change that was voted on and approved by GVTC members at the 2017 Annual Meeting.

Per the GVTC Bylaws, 2% of total membership must vote in order to meet quorum.

All votes are managed by Survey & Ballot Systems, a third party certified vendor, who ensures physical security and world-class secure data centers that will validate all votes.

All votes submitted, either online or by mail, are cross-referenced to ensure only 1 vote per membership.

All results are announced during the Annual Meeting and posted online the following day. Members may attend in person or view the live stream. Registration to view the live stream is required prior to the Annual Meeting date. To register, login to your account portal, navigate to My Profile > Documents > Customer Documents.
