Community Development Specialist Level II

The Community Development Specialist – level II is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and advancing strategic residential and multifamily (MDU) community opportunities that support GVTC’s growth, market expansion, and long-term revenue objectives. This role focuses heavily on market expansion development, Multifamily (MDU) development opportunities, community stakeholder engagement, field validation, agreement progression, and business case readiness.

This position requires a proactive individual with strong relationship management skills, practical expertise, and proven experience in MDU and SFU sales, with the ability to develop and execute community-based solutions across GVTC’s portfolio, including broadband, TV, voice, security, property management solutions, access control, community Wi-Fi, and smart property technologies.

The Community Development Specialist – Level II works closely with property owners, developers, HOAs, builders, management companies, consultants, and internal stakeholders to move opportunities from early identification through qualification, agreement support, and launch readiness. Success in this role requires disciplined execution, strong follow-through, accurate reporting, and the ability to align community needs with GVTC’s strategic growth priorities.
