Lead Business Operations Support Representative

The Lead Business Operations Support Representative will act as a level 1 support for the Business Operations department. The team lead ensures that the team is cohesive, motivated, and capable of achieving its objectives. Team lead will assist the Supervisor with department goals, working with the team, training, and coaching, and taking escalations. Responsible for providing a Superior customer experience through all channels of customer interaction from inbound and outbound calls, multimedia, and face-to-face interaction. They must be able to understand GVTC’s products and services, billing statements and order fulfillment systems and have the necessary skills and knowledge relevant to the team’s work to provide guidance and support where needed.
