Sales/Service Consultant
Responsible for providing a superior customer experience with potential and existing customers through all channels of communication. The primary responsibility is to acquire new sales and retain existing valuable customers by identifying needs and offering the best product and service fit. Responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, have expert knowledge of all GVTC products and services, have the ability to cross sell and upsell, be responsible for problem resolution with both sales and retention and will maintain individual company performance metrics in both sales and retention. Be a team player, work well with all other departments and insure a superior experience for the GVTC customer.
