Senior Network Operations Analyst
The primary responsibility is to ensure the successful and reliable operation of GVTC’s network. This position provides top-level support for Network Operations Center core competencies including but not limited to surveillance, maintenance, troubleshooting, provisioning, backups, upgrades, SLAs, documentation, incident management, and change management. Requirements of the job include 24x7 availability to assist the Network Operations Center with resolving network outages and supporting SLAs for applicable customers. Additional responsibilities include frequent interactions with Network Engineering to develop, test, and implement new features and systems in support of GVTC’s future growth opportunities. Also provides training for the Network Operations Center and other departments.
