Contract Compliance Administrator
Responsible to manage the Contract Life Management (CLM) system, the vendor contract process and compliance of the contract policy. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the CLM to identify process improvement opportunities within the organization and develop solutions through effective project management techniques. Responsibilities include contract review and analysis, contract monitoring and reporting, contract negotiation assistance and administration, compliance investigation and resolution, communication and training, and risk management and mitigation. Must be able to set up and present monthly reports to management that provides ongoing diagnostics of adherence to contract compliance. Must be forward thinking to add value to operational processes by applying methodologies and tools to develop data-driven analysis and recommendations for creating efficiencies that align with the company’s policies and strategic initiatives.
